Biography

Tracy Hillhouse Price is a born and raised Alaskan and second-generation attorney. She returned to Alaska after graduating from he University of the District of Columbia - David A. Clarke School of Law to clerk for an Alaskan Superior Court Judge. 

Ms. Price worked at two University of District of Columbia legal clinics, the Low Income Taxpayer Clinic and General Practice Clinic. She won the 2017 Earl H. Davis Award from The Jack and Lovell Olender Foundation Awarded for outstanding service on behalf of clients in UDC clinical program. She also interned at the Kenai District Attorneys' Office. Prior to law school, Ms. Price served as an AmeriCorps member for three years as Director of Sitka Youth Court.
